The light comes and goes, yet exists before we arrive and after we leave. These photographs were made in Myanmar between 2014 and 2019, before the coup and before the world's attention turned away. Myanmar was a place going about the serious business of living. Fog, water, devotion, labor; all magnified in the early morning.
